Did not think it so bad
We bought the stroller and we did have the other problems stated and I complained to the company. They sent me a brand new stroller. They have great customer service and the stroller’s great…

Throw It In The Garbage
One of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. The stroller will not work without inflating the tires, and guess what? They are impossible to inflate! The design of this stroller is so poor so as to make it actually unusable. It’s a shame there are products like this on the market. It is especially infuriating given the large price tag. I wish I could more eloquent in my loathing of this piece of junk, but having flushed $400 down the toilet has me at a loss for words.

Heavy Heavy Heavy and IMPOSSIBLE buckles
Tike Tech represents to retailers that this stroller is 26 pounds. When I received it, I couldn’t believe the beast I unpacked. Took both tots out twice in it, once to the beach and once on a neighborhood walk. The beach area was fairly flat, so not terrible to push, but the buckles were so cheap and difficult to adjust, that I gave up on buckling my tots in and relied on the safety bar instead. Found out soon that the safety bar is a major chore to remove, so couldn’t let my children climb up themselves, though they tried to slide down and out under bar to get out but got stuck. The sunshades were so stiff that they continually detached from stroller frame when adjusting. Both tots complained of being uncomfortable in seats. My son said he wanted to use the yellow stroller next time instead (the Bob Duallie Ironman that we also have). On our second outing in the Trax360, we took a walk in neighborhood to the gym. I was shocked at how hard it was to push up one of the small hills nearby where we live (granted, we live in San Francisco). But I knew something was wrong, because my Ironman and my Phil & Teds is not the same chore on the same hill. Sure enough, I put the stroller on the scale, and it’s a 40 pounder! It’s advertised at 26 pounds, and that’s over 10 pounds of unethical advertising discrepancy. I had also previously purchased for my first tot when a small baby, a Schwinn Everyday Stroller (made and distributed by Instep), that was also mis-advertised at 16 lbs, when in fact it was 28 lbs - wow! Very disappointed in ethics of company (the way they do this is by omitting the weight of the wheels and all removable accessories, and just provide weight of the stroller frame). At least I knew to get mine through Target, just in case, so was able to just return to local store (even though customer service complained about it looking “used”). Sorry, if it’s defective, it’s defective, and also it’s not as advertised. For $400, I expect to get something I can use. Lately I’ve just been using the Phil & Teds Buggy to tote both tots around on my own. Didn’t think they would like being tandem, but they love it. Avoid the Tike Tech brand.

Best Double Stroller EVER
I have 9 month old twin daughters and this stroller has made life much easier. It turns on a dime and is smooth. There is so much storage and pockets for all of your babies needs. I recommend this stroller to everyone with twins…this will be a first and last stroller you will ever need!!!

Quality Stroller
The only reason I didnt give this 5 stars is the price is steep but I have had some really bad strollers so I wanted to get one that was of good quality which it is. It is easy to steer and push, which was my 1st concern. it’s got great compartments for storage and very convenient if you have 2 small children. it is large and is about the only thing I can fit in the trunk of a small SUV. Great for walks. i looked at the other one that is the smaller version but I have a 2 1/2 yr old and i wouldnt have been able to use very long. I highly recommend. great fabric, very durable all around. the canopy is very large and can almost cover the child completely. it also has little flap windows where u can see the children when pushing.

Great double stroller!!!
We have a 16 month old daughter and 4 month old son. I’m really glad that we made this purchase. Definitely a high quality stroller. Kids have the comfort and it’s a smooth stroll wherever we go.

We take power walks along the lake. Kids enjoy and we get our exercise too.

Highly recommended.

Reason for shorting the review by one star: the weight and we had to move our son in and out of the car seat to the stroller during cold days. The double can’t accomodate the car seat. Was’nt much fun. Great stroller anyway without a doubt.

i love this stroller. it only took me 5 minutes to put the wheels and the trays on. it looks a lot better in person than it does online.

Good stroller and support after the fact has been excellent
We purchased the stroller 9 months ago. We loved it, but on our first plane trip a plastic part that holds the handle to the base broke. The stroller was still operable, but on the next plane trip the other part broke. Now it’s inoperable. We contacted Britax and there customer service took care of the situation by sending us a new stroller to replace this one without charge. We love the stroller and based on their response this is product issue, they have very, very happy customer and advocate for their company.

Also, for some reason I could not change my original rating once I submitted my comments. I rate this product and company a 5.

Best stroller ever!
Love it!! I’ve had the mc claren for my first child but had such a sore back from bending down all the tiime.
This looks like a bugaboo but is better, its higher, and slimmer and easy to get into and out of restaurants and shops etc..
Ive had it for my little girl since she was born and she sleeps in it like it’s her thrown!
I wedged one of those pillows so infants don’t roll in the stroller and she sleeps sound and safe since birth.
I thoughrally recomend this stroller!!

Sturdy, Safe, Impressive Stroller…Super Deal!
This is the best deal on a stroller you can find. I’ve done my homework! I purchased this stroller on Amazon for about $150 less than the store near my house sells it for. The Britax Companion Infant carseat snaps right in. And when my son can sit up on his own, he can ride in the stroller seat. We haven’t tried it yet, but I think infants can lay flat in the stroller seat, so you may not need the matching carseat if you’ve already purchased one…look into that. Every time we take our son out, he falls asleep during the drive and we just keep him cozy in his carseat and pop it in. This stroller looks and works just like a Bugaboo that retails for over $800. Yep, it’s heavy (just like the Companion carseat), but I only want the best for my baby…and I have found it in this Britax set. It’s so safe and sturdy. I have used other strollers with my sister’s family and as a nanny. This beats any competition hands down. Do yourself a favor and spend a bit extra on this stroller. You will be so happy that you did. Happy Shopping!
